Saakshi Bhasin regularly advises and represents clients in infringement and passing off actions, opposition and rectification proceedings, domain name disputes, and enforcement actions before statutory authorities, Commercial Courts, and High Courts, assisting clients in protecting and enforcing their intellectual property rights both in India and internationally.
