She advises clients on the creation, protection and management of IP portfolios and represents them in infringement and passing off actions, opposition and rectification proceedings and design and patent enforcement matters before judicial and statutory forums. She regularly appears in interim and injunction proceedings before Commercial Courts and High Courts, where timely and strategic intervention is critical. She has successfully handled over 8,000 trademark, copyright, patent and industrial design matters in India and overseas.
